Caroline looks after our Equipment and Callout Management system allowing auditing of response times, fix rates and service contracts all helping to deliver exceptional service. She also is involved with our Telesales.

A Hospitality graduate from Jordanstown he has the added advantage of an inside understanding of his customers needs.

Paddy has been with Specialist Beverages from Day 1 in 1981 and there is very little in the company that he cannot do. Currently oversees the service department where it is absolutely essential to have experience. Paddy has trained over the years on many occasions with our equipment manufacturer partners in Milan and Switzerland and is Northern Irelands most experienced Coffee Equipment specialist.

Hugh introduced the concept of good coffee = only 25% coffee to Northern Ireland and has built his business around this principle. He has presented seminars at the first World Speciality Coffee Conference in Monte Carlo in October 2000 and at The Speciality Coffee Association of America's annual Conference in Miami last April on how to make money at coffee.He has a BSc in Computing Science and still doesn't understand how or why !

James runs the day to day operation from Company Head Office in Campsie, Co. Londonderry. He oversees the significant logistical business of delivering the total solution product.

He has a BSSc and an MBA from Queens University in Belfast and has run the company now for 15 years.

Sharon has wide experience managing some of Belfast's most well known restaurants notably Restaurant 44 & The Europa Hotel. Her leadership qualities together with her dedication and understanding of customer needs make her one of the best Coffee Training Managers in the world . . . and we are serious.

Our Service Manager has 20 years experience in equipment service & sales and has a fantastic reputation in the trade. Colin can answer any questions about your equipment needs & performance - a key part of our world famous Espresso Logic Program.

Elaine is in her third year in customer care and accounts and always finishes what she starts. If you have an unusual or tricky problem then Elaine is the person to solve it.

Christina is a graphic designer who accidentally found herself in coffee and now supports our training and quality auditing programme as well as designing our new training brand. She has been with us for three years and is finding the caffeine fix addictive.

Carol has been with the company for 15 years and manages our head office in Campsie. There is not much about this business that Carol does not either know or know where to find out.

Richard has been with the company now for 18 years and has an intricate knowledge of the backstreets of Northern Ireland. Holds the record for the amount of correct deliveries in a day . . in fact we do not think it can be beaten.
